I hail from sunny Florida (US). No I'm not Florida Man that's been in the news so often (you know, the guy who tried to trade a baby gator in a 7-11 for a 12 pack of beer, stole a $1600 dollar puppy from a store and traded it for crack, and who was arrested for DUI for falling asleep in a drive through before he could order his tacos)), but I have met his cousin.
I've been into gaming for more than a few years (I started with mmo's when Ultima Online came out. Hell, MMO's started when Ultima Online came out), and have played a very wide variety. The one constant throughout has been that my characters tend toward the Ranger.
I'm an old bastard (about to equal the ultimate answer), and some would say more than a bit curmudgeonly. Okay, so maybe there's some truth in that. Amongst the things that make my life glorious are Terry Pratchett, Jim Butcher, Robert Asprin, Fallout, Mad Max (new, old, and everything in between), and Seth Andrews. This is a highly truncated list, but a decent place to start.
