Agent Question - New to this

Ok could someone help me out or explain the following 2 screenshots?

First is the lvl50 agent mission and the percentage of succession all my agents might have

I see max 24% which is really low according to the second screenshot

you will notice that the requirements are well met for the specific mission
Prowess 300 needed got 340
Adaptability 150 needed got 350
ingenuity 225 needed got 250

How can that happen? what am i doing wrong?

I'm not 100% (hah) sure on this myself, but I think it's to do with being limited by Petru's ingenuity score. Because he's only 25 over the minimum requirements, it limits his percentage affinity for the mission. It may be that if you were 50 points above minimum in each stat then you'd have a much higher percentage.

In terms of what you can do, there's not much. Those missions are not meant to be guaranteed successes (I think), though it might be interesting to see if using different purple gear to tweak stats gave you any better chances maybe.

Yeah, equalling the required stats is enough to let that agent START the mission,but they'll be at a very low percentage chance of success. I don't know how the calculation works as yet, but increasing the necessary stats gives you more chance of success. There is also a mission type affinity (often shown at the bonus objectives. There appear to be 6 specialties, and each agent will have one or more of them. If this speciality matches the mission type it increases your chances both of completing the mission and of getting any bonus objectives. I can see on you're first screenshot that there are 3 of these for the mission in question and none of you're agents matches more than 1 of them.

This time i match 1 of the 2 traits needed for a lvl50 mission, have stats more than what it requires, and still the percentage is 30% but the "deploy agent" is grayed out so i cant send him

I rly have no clue what's going on with those
