that happened to me ingame when i was at scenario no idiea what it was but looks like ive took some strong stuff

That looks like Animanhattan drink effect

Heyho Vankraken i was with you in TS when you told about this issue 🙂

First i thought about a Graphic card error which typically looks like this:

Then i saw your picture and thought about the 3D Anaglyph that some games have (e.g. minecraft) but it usually is red/cyan:
i.ytimg.com/vi/J4mCop8DosA/maxresdefault.jpg (if you look at it with one of those fancy glasses, it will turn 3D)

Then i saw Demonolights post and i am quite sure that this is some of the "Everything can happen randomly in a Scenario"-Effects.
Which means your vision got impaired because of the Scenario (which also explains why your HUD did not get affeced by those graphic effects).

It is an extremely rare glitch that happens in scenarios. Visuals will return to normal when you leave the scenario.

I want to believe that it is actually an undocumented feature to represent glitches in Venice VR simulator in-universe, but there was no confirmation of that so far.
