If that's binary you're just repeating the character 'O'.
If it's hexadecimal the character doesn't even a graphic representation.

Did you spot that the middle line is not the same as the top and bottom?

The whole group of ideas is now in my brain, fermenting (into mead?).

The lion-of-honeycomb and the ODO-of-honeycomb are particularly intriguing.

I do agree that while you're a talented amateur with excellent ideas, you need practice. But I would encourage you to keep practicing! You have the ideas and a sound grasp of the basics, all you need now is more skill. And that only comes with producing a lot of unsatisfying images.

Unfortunately, I've had years of slow practice and frankly, never really seen much improvement. I've got better at adapting images from existing ones, but creating entirely new ones tend to end up as just irritating - what I have in my mind just never ends up on the page (or screen!)

Oh, I know that feeling. I'm getting closer, though: and sometimes the 'mistake' ends up being better that what I had in mind.

unfortunately, the rough idea comes out but just never looks the way i want it to, then i get frustrated which makes it worse ^^

I like the idea, but too much intensity in the colors, it's now burned into the back of my eyes. Try adding transparency to the yellow.

Wuss.
