Cabal Information from Funcom for SWL

So if you are active (or even browse Reddit) there was an AMA today about SWL and cabals.

So with this in mind, as it's not part of the NDA. What are the options for ODO and are the thoughts to have it still 'restricted' to Templars or is the though to have other factions a 'subversive' section of the Templars which have moles in the other factions for RP purposes?

Just throwing this out there for discussion prior to launch. Hopefully they'll lift the NDA soon so I can give my thoughts on the aspects I've seen already.

Well from gaming and community perspective there is no real reason stick to strictly Templar. RP is a bit different, ODO is Templar even in name, and it has long and strong Templar roots, so it is hard imagine we all of a sudden sit around camp fire holding hands and singing. But a while back we did affiliate ODO with New blood Templar movement, so that gives us a lot of wiggle room in forward facing HR policies 🙂

I'll try to write something more sensible when I'll get out of work today.

Absolutely understand that ODO is Templar as was it's founding. I'm not entirely talking about making amends for the other factions, rather having other 'faction' characters be Templar loyalists but serving within the other factions for subversion/information gathering/whatever. I think that would be a great addition and vastly more flexible than what it has been in TSW. 🙂
