I think that the next step is to set another date and then get some other cabals involved - they can stick events on their calendars too, as we don't need to know signup numbers for now.
In the future, if we set a deadline for signups of the day before, we could then get a better idea of numbers coming, in case we wanted to do something like teams or prizes đ
Sounds Like a Plan-- Which is Easier, Saturday or Sunday? Both Have had good results. After a scheduled NYR seems to work too.

I vote for 26, because I'll be available then. Wolffspider told me that there appears to be interest in Agnitio, so if we schedule it and figure out what we want to do for it (maybe say to pair up, do 2 vs. 2, figure out a way to do some prizes - for real, what do you think about the arbitrary pot-luck idea?), but best to keep it fairly free-form for this one, as I said, since that's kind of what I already advertised), they can schedule it too.
When you have settled on a date, would you like me to post it on Agnitio's event calendar? Since Shadowcat is a member and any member can post calendar events, it's no trouble for me to set up a mirror event for Agnitio to let them know it's happening. I assume I have permission to post the discord link if I create a calendar event?

If the teams want to award their opponents prizes I think that's great but it seems like a burden to admittance while we are still in startup mode. I'd suggest seeing how the 2x2 teaming goes and worry about prizes next time- but whatever you guys want is fine with me, I just Loves me some Fight Club!
Prep wise, Can someone Create a Fight Club Channel on Discord? Also, Put a reminder in the MOD perhaps?
Also, Can we try and reach out to at least 2 Cabals for this one? If we could get some promotion (and better-Participation) by their leaders, it could do wonders for awareness of Fight Club.
What I would suggest is creating a custom chat channel in-game for the duration of the event that everyone can join and they wouldn't have to tab out of the game to type anything or to see what's being said (that's the downside of Discord's text channels, unless you have two monitors). We'll be sure to also announce the event on Discord, though. Ghost can schedule the event for Agnitio on her alt and I can poke Wolff, so that should cover Agnitio. In terms of the other cabals we were thinking of involving, I believe AWOL tried to talk to Owl's Nest, but no one was really interested. Nine Swords would have been my other idea, but that might be tricky, because if I have understood correctly, Ghostchilde is not exactly on good terms with them these days and they have some possible tension with Agnitio aswell. So it's tricky, but we shall think about it.
I can be professional, plus it would be downright cathartic to explode a few High Explosive Grenades in the faces of a few select swords. . . is now a good time to discuss placing bounties? :-)
I've posted the fight club event on Agnitio's event calendar. I basically cut and pasted Father Duffy's earlier post, then added a bit more info of my own about how to find us.
Don't panic about the 11am time. Their calendar is showing this in my local timezone, which is GMT -7 (Pacific Daylight Time)

I've swapped in your event description from our event calendar, so now the Agnitio version is more colorful.
Are bounties and friendly non-binding wagers an option? For example, I'd pay good shards to see Phanth vs. TS-13, and my money is on TS, since Phanth is all talk and no stones.
Not sure we're doing them officially quite yet, just because we have no idea how chaotic it will be with lots of people in there đ But bounties are certainly on the consideration list already :D

As for the Bounty/Challenge thing, I can imagine participants arranging their match and setting a time certain for it outside the bounds of the official event. As in: come 15 minutes early to witness XXX take on YYY in a grudge match! OR Stay after at 3:15 est for a Scheduled Grudge match Between AAA and CCC.
As I've suggested, in so much as Fight Club has a tradition, it's an hour long - we don't make anybody leave at the end but after an hour its just funtime. Do as thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.

Been out of town for a week. what's our status? Do we have any takers from other Cabals? Everyone is still available Sunday?
Need to poke at them again, but Agnitio has had it scheduled on their calendar. I believe we also tried to contact Art of War, but I don't know if anything's come of it.
We also need a set structure beforehand to tell the attendees what to expect.
