Val, that's a nice thought to have. Usually you can help the cabal in a few simple ways

    1) level your character up. I don't know what your current gear/experience level is, but as silly as it sounds, grinding out a decent deck or two will certainly aid you in helping others, promoting content and generally being useful.

    2) When ever people first join a cabal, they kinda expect to hit the ground running. They want to see activity and feel like the cabal is buzzing. There is a decent percentage of people who join and then leave in a short time because they are promised activity and a better social experience and they don't feel like they are getting it. For every 10 people that join about 3 become long-term cabalies. So be active, chat etc.

    3) every so often go back to the starting areas and answer questions. I found it pointless to be in KM, rather go to SC or BM. People in those zones have at least played long enough to know if they like the game or not. When helping people you can gently point them to ODO forums and recruitment...

    4) the forums and website make the cabal look legit. So encourage people to get on the forums and contribute. Pretty soon it becomes a great knowledge and reference hub. When someone googles something TSW related the more content here the greater the chance they get a hit at ODO!

Does anyone have a cabal script btw? A lot of people ask about active cabals in Sanctuary and I keep mentioning ODO. If there's a script floating around that would make things a lot easier.
