Hey Guys

I'm Ian and I am 35 with two daughters aged 3&5. My only real character in game is called Knoll and I was playing this game from launch but due to RL duties and a great loss to me I have been absent for years. Actually I vowed never to get back in to gaming but there are only too many soap operas one man can bare.

I was a member of DBD that merged into this cabal a while back. I played as DPS in PVE and I am a very casual and average gamer at best. I prefer just generally hanging about in Fusang, or at least I did. I probably have no desire to raid or get into teamspeak stuff (always felt a bit funny with my headset on and the other half and kids about) but I am always happy to help run elites and things for newer members, or starting nightmares. I generally just quest and PVP but I am always happy to help when I can.

I did sell off all my old gaming gear from the PC but have recently built myself a new rig and put in another order for a 12 button mouse, after giving up my Naga. Something I don't think I will be able to play without!

I have re installed in a new machine and I have lost my builds, no idea what gear I have and can't remember any of the controls or much about the game generally. I will probably find my own feet before attempting to join the cabal in game. I did wonder about starting again entirely as I thoroughly enjoyed the game but it would take a while to catch up to the main. I will probably opt to embarrass myself against people I used to run with and against.

Anyhow, hope everyone is well and at current download speeds I should be on before Christmas!

Loooooooooooooooooong time no see stranger. I was in DBD and moved to ODO with you, prob apart from Altjira I am the longest player sitll here. ODO are a great bunch (still) and imo better now but is a discussion for another time. WB! 🙂

You don't have to introduce yourself, I remember the old (in more ways than one) players very well ;P

Good to see you are making good use of the lifetime membership. Feels funny being the inexperienced and badly geared person in a Cabal even for a casual gamer like myself. Hopefully I may be of help to someone after I find my feet again. Sorry I was absent guys..

Yeah this is gonna be a long process. I have rez'd dead in Kingsmouth and I can't remember how to travel or anything. I seriously don't know whats going on, and how did I die here? I need the new mouse too, I don't do keyboard binds.
