OK, but where do you get these signets?

Those are PVP signets I believe, some of which are supposed to work in PVE as well.

Almost all of them should work in PVE. Only signets that trigger on specific PVP stuff, like "kill a player", are not usable in PVE.

I hope all of these signets will have an ICD! While some of them are nice I do wonder what FC is thinking?
